Previously a permaculture education centre, we are using organic methods to expand into an ecologically rich polyculture farm with mixed fruit and vegetable market garden, pasture raised cattle and pasture raised chickens.
Jamberoo Valley farm applies principles that go beyond organic, using regenerative practices such as cover dropping, companion planting, and integrated animal systems.
Our animal systems are being updated to portable, adaptable systems that can be changed to suit the conditions of the land season to season. This will allow the animals to help improve the land and have access to healthier, diverse pastures.
We are utilising wholistic and permaculture design principles to plan and implement toward long term food and water security and resilience. This will include establishing wind breaks, increasing water holding capacity and improving soil health
We advocate for education and transparency of methods allowing the public to gain a better understanding of our processed through our farm stays.
